During an emergency repair, he identified why damage had happened (original construction-grade shingles were wearing out badly). He gave us several price options for a new roof, and kept in touch with us for 2-3 months while we chose the best time for us to get the new roof installed. He supervised the installation (his team installed the new roof in less than a day!) and let us know all the steps to expect through final inspection by the city. Called Rampart and they sent Derek B. Out the next day to take a look.  He was super professional, got to work immediately, and before I knew it, he had identified the issue AND fixed it in less than an hour, and even gave me a recommendation to fix my drywall where we were trying to figure out where the leak was coming from.
