Matt & Melissa Munro | Owners

Matt Munro has provided roofing expertise and outstanding customer service to homeowners, realtors, investors, and property managers in Colorado Springs for almost 20 years. In 2009, his wife, Melissa Munro, joined him and they began to build Rampart Roofing, Inc. Matt’s impeccable reputation turned the small referral-based business into one of the best Colorado Springs roofing companies on Angie’s List, earning an A+ rating on the BBB and fantastic reviews on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Matt and Melissa live and work near Cheyenne Canyon and are deeply committed to the community. They donated the roof to the Cheyenne Canyon Visitor’s Center (better known as “The Cub”), they gave a roof to a family in need, and they have provided services in numerous other charitable projects. “We wanted to give back,” explains Matt, “and what better way than to do what we do best?”

Kris Rupple

Director of Project Management / Sales Lead

Kris Rupple loves Colorado for its trails and hail. “I started out with a degree in construction safety and ended up helping people deal with hail damage. I know how to help a customer through all of this and get them the best roof system for their house that’s been safely and solidly installed.” Kris moved to Colorado six years ago because it gives him opportunities to do what enjoys most—helping customers through the insurance process and playing in the big outdoor Colorado playground.

Derek Buehner

Project Manager

Derek is an experienced builder and entrepreneur. He began working in construction at the age of 15 and has been taking on residential construction projects like roof and gutter installations, building decks, and various interior remodeling projects ever since. With any type of project, Derek strives to provide his clients with the best experience possible. “One of my favorite things about my job is meeting with clients every day and helping them to get the best solution for their roof.” When he is not busy, Derek likes skydiving, mountain biking, camping, and snowboarding in the mountains.

Ken Fristoe

Project Manager

Ken is an experienced project manager with an extensive background in roof repairs, replacements, and the oversight of large projects. He grew up in the roofing industry and works hard to help his customers find the best solutions for their roofing needs. One of his favorite parts of the job is meeting new clients. “I enjoy serving others in their time of need and talking to new people every day.” When he’s not roofing, he likes skateboarding, snowboarding, and making music.

Michael Donadići

Project Manager

Michael is passionate about helping people protect their homes. “I love meeting with people and bringing them hope and roofing solutions after a storm.” With over 1,000 roof installations under his belt, Michael has a wealth of experience and expertise. He is driven by his values of truth, integrity, and taking care of others. When he's not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and family, hiking, backpacking, and long distance running.

Chris Bosarge

Project Manager

That’s what makes Project Manager, Chris, the perfect fit for our team. “One of my favorite things about my job is helping the community.” With experience in management and inter-business sales, Chris has a strong work ethic and adaptability. When he’s not leading projects, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors with his black lab, watching sports, and being active.

Quest Theodoran

Commercial Superintendent

"It takes a special kind of person to truly enjoy roofing. I like to say that roofing chose me, rather than me choosing roofing. Today, I still love it just as much as I did when I first started." Quest is Rampart Roofing’s Commercial Superintendent. He has been in the roofing industry since 2015. Quest's extensive experience allows him to oversee roofing installations to ensure the highest quality work from start to finish. A Colorado native, Quest has a deep connection to his home state. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing in the stunning rivers and high alpine lakes Colorado has to offer.

Samantha Costanzo

Production Manager

Samantha is an unparalleled production manager. Having ten years of experience within the roofing industry, she appreciates the multitude of facets that come with roofing projects. “Doing the right thing is essential, especially in this industry. I understand that roofing is not a regular engagement for all, which is why I enjoy being able to assist to ensure the entire process is clear and runs smoothly from start to finish.” When she is not facilitating all things production, Samantha spends her time tending to her plethora of house plants and experiencing the beautiful outdoors with her dog.

Ashley Carter

Production Coordinator

Ashley is the Production Coordinator at Rampart Roofing, Inc. She upholds our commitment to providing high quality roofing solutions by supporting our team. With a background in fast-paced, high-volume environments, and experience in construction labor, Ashley brings a unique perspective to her role. “I enjoy providing support to all of my team members to ensure we can live up to our company tenets of quality and integrity.” Ashley likes to travel, and she enjoys outdoor adventures, including snowboarding, hiking, and fishing, as well as cultivating her love for crystals and plants.

Lauren O'Malley

Supplement Manager

Before joining the Rampart Roofing team, Lauren gained experience working in a multitude of industries from roofing to teaching elementary school. She likes to build connections and learn new skills. “I like being a part of a small team and connecting with people. I adapt well to the constant movement and changing needs.” When she is not at the office, she is spending time with her family, coaching, attending soccer games, building, repurposing old items, studying, watching movies and enjoys visiting the mountains.

Alaney Morava

Customer Relations & Sales Support

Alaney wears many hats at Rampart Roofing, Inc. Though her official title is customer relations and sales support representative, she helps us stay organized with her general administrative support. She has a background in roofing and construction, and she enjoys helping customers. “I like being able to help homeowners throughout the roofing process with honesty and integrity.” When she is not working, Alaney likes to work on her ranch and spend time with all her farm animals.

Felix Qualls

Bookkeeper

Felix is well-organized and passionate about working with numbers. “I’ve been working with numbers for decades. They make sense to me, and one of the best ways I can work with numbers is through bookkeeping.” Their work as a bookkeeper helps us keep track of our financial information, so we can continue to make good decisions as a company. Felix is a Colorado native who aspires to leave the world a better place than how they found it. When they’re not crunching numbers, they enjoy writing and maintaining their growing plant collection.

Amanda Wynn

Marketing Coordinator

Amanda brings a diverse background in team support, and office administration. She is passionate about supporting the Rampart Roofing team. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and exploring the many hiking trails Colorado has to offer. Amanda is an exceptional photographer whose skills are reflected in the pages of our website and all of our social media posts. She's won "roof of the week" from Boral multiple times through her photography skills. She is Google Ads and Google Analytics certified.

Ranger

Woofing Expert

Ranger is an experienced canine. He loves attending roofing appointments and enthusiastically greeting anyone who visits our office. And yes, he is a very good boy.
