What we’ve come to especially appreciate is when we needed some roofing warranty paperwork for the buyers of our home and I didn’t have it, but a quick call to Rampart and they took care of us! They (Rampart Roofing) were very professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. When, two weeks later baseball size hail went through our roof, my wife called them at 0230 in the morning and they had a guy out at 0630 to put a temporary patch on our roof!

Our experience with Rampart Roofing was exceptionally positive. Most of our exposure was with Aaron who provided the review of our problem and quickly provided us with a detailed solution and quote. Aaron then scheduled the roofer who showed up on time and performed the repair throughly expeditiously and even replaced several cracked tiles.. the follow up was excellent especially after we had several snow days and rain. I am writing to provide what we consider a very positive recommendation for the Rampart Roofing Company, Matt Munro, and Daniel Russell. My wife and I live in Woodland Park, CO. We recently realized that the roof on our home was badly damaged by lightning and hail. We are fairly new to the Colorado Springs area, so we called Mr. Frank Vayle, Owner Vayle Homes, and he referred us to Rampart Roofing as being a very reputable and trustworthy roofing company. We called Rampart Roofing and when Matt Munro came to assess the extent of repairs, we were exceedingly impressed with his product knowledge, how he laid out the procedure step by step, his coordination with the insurance company, and how he comprehensively explained insurance, cost and billing. Once the contract was signed we were introduced to Mr. Daniel Russell. Daniel was our point of contact for scheduling and attention to all necessary minor details. Daniel Russell, in our opinion, was a true delight going overboard to ensure all of our concerns were fully addressed. Mr. Russell was an absolute roofing professional that provided confidence for us whenever we became overwhelmed with the process. The beauty of working with Rampart Roofing in all aspects of the job were coordinated by Matt and Daniel. They happily assisted in gutter and gutter guard replacement, lightning rod removal and reinstallation, and interior touches. For example, one small piece of gutter showed a leak after the fact. Just a call to Daniel, and (unbeknownst to us) the leaky gutter was replaced. Even though the weather was testy with roof ice, wind, etc. that caused several days in completing our roofing job; including lightning rods and gutter reattachment, Daniel was prompt in following up with this and several other minor issues that arose. We had a trouble-free roof replacement due to our good fortune working with Rampart Roofing, Matt Munro, Daniel Russell, and other excellent staff, and would gladly recommend the company to anyone needing roof replacement.
