Rampart roofing’s professional team and service was one of my best experiences by far. This was my first time filling an insurance claim. Chris B. Was there every step of the way, he meet the insurance adjuster on site to fully discuss damages. When the documents came to me from usaa he sat down with me and explained it all. This team truly  took all the worries out of getting repairs done to my home. The install team was just as professional, punctual and clean. First and foremost the crew knocked and introduced themselves assured they were at the right location and communicating the whole process to ensure no inconvenience or trouble occurred. Rampart Roofing did a super job.  They did a great job in identifying the hail damage, suggesting our asphalt shingle replacement and in matching color. Also in patiently waiting for our HOA approval of the work. As point man for Rampart, Michael Donadici was great in communicating with us and  with scheduling our replacement and all follow-ups.
