We’ve had our new house for about 5 years now and with hail storms over the last few years we decided it was a good idea to get the roof checked out. We called Rampart Roofing for a roof inspection and they scheduled us within 3 days.

Ken Fristoe came out to inspect the roof. Ken was very professional/knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He determined the roof was fine except for a few tiles with minor damage. Ken made a few minor tile repairs with silicone for us for only a small fee. Definitely cheaper than filing an insurance claim and or replacing a roof.

Considering less reputable businesses might try to push a new roof on folks, Rampart Roofing was honest and helpful. Ken was great to work with. I’d definitely recommend them and will call them in the future for our roofing needs or questions.

Ken Fristoe was great to work with, he originally came took look at a self-inflicted (oops!) leak (which he patched for free), and ended I up with a new roof (hail damage) courtesy of insurance. Ken was very knowledgeable about the entire insurance & reroof process, and made the entire experience as painless as possible. The reroof was quick and came out looking great.

Rampart roofing’s professional team and service was one of my best experiences by far. This was my first time filling an insurance claim. Chris B. Was there every step of the way, he meet the insurance adjuster on site to fully discuss damages. When the documents came to me from usaa he sat down with me and explained it all. This team truly  took all the worries out of getting repairs done to my home. The install team was just as professional, punctual and clean. First and foremost the crew knocked and introduced themselves assured they were at the right location and communicating the whole process to ensure no inconvenience or trouble occurred. Quickly and efficiently my roof was replaced and all debris cleaned up like nothing ever happened. 10/10  would recommend. I have referred them to three more roofs on my street.
