Yes. We carry worker’s compensation and general liability insurance. We are licensed with the Pikes Peak Regional and Teller County building departments. Click here to view our licenses, certifications, and memberships.

If you suspect you have hail damage, we recommend calling your roofer first before contacting your insurance company. Read more about homeowners insurance claims here: Homeowners Insurance Claims right every time.

No. We do not give quotes or pricing estimates over the phone. Because each roofing project is unique, we cannot provide accurate or even ballpark estimates over the phone without conducting a thorough roofing inspection and taking measurements.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards. To make a payment, you can stop by our office or call to make a payment over the phone during our regular business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm). A 5-year roof certification is verification that your roof is in sound condition and will be watertight for a minimum of 5 years. 5-year roof certifications are common requirements of real estate transactions. The cost of a 5-year roof certification ranges from $125-$150 depending on the size and style of your roof. If your roof requires a repair, the cost of the repair is a separate charge.

No. We are not allowed to cover or offer to cover deductibles based on Colorado law.

The majority of our re-roofing projects include a 5-year workmanship warranty with extended warranty options available.

Repair warranties last 1 year. We only warranty the specific area of the roof that we work on.

Our workmanship warranty covers the repair of leaks resulting from installation defects.

Workmanship warranties can only be transferred once and must be transferred within a year after they are issued. To transfer your workmanship warranty, contact our office today.

Manufacturer warranty transfer protocols vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Be sure to contact the roofing material manufacturer for more information.

Solar panel installation shouldn’t void your manufacturer’s warranty, however, you should check your manufacturer’s warranty documents to be sure.

Solar panel installation will only affect our workmanship warranty if a leak or other problem occurs underneath the solar panels or at the footings or flashings of the panels. In that case, it wouldn’t be covered by our workmanship warranty but should be covered by the solar contractor’s workmanship warranty.

We’ll inspect your new roof within one week after installation to ensure that everything meets our standards. At this time, we’ll clean up any stray nails and pick up any excess roofing materials that may have been left behind.

It is important that your roofer and insurance adjuster can come to an agreement on the scope of work that needs to be completed. This ensures that you get the right job done at the right price.

No, you do not have to be home during the roof replacement process. In fact, it might be better to be away from home because a roof replacement is a loud and messy process. During construction, our crews need driveway access. We also recommend keeping your pets secured during construction. Click here to learn more about the roof replacement process.

It always best to meet with our consultants so we can answer any questions and address any concerns you may have to better meet your roofing needs. We do our best to work within any time constraints you might have.

We generally schedule roofing projects 2-3 weeks after we receive a signed contract and deposit. However, this can change throughout the year depending on the fluctuations of weather conditions and our current workload. Be sure to check with your consultant and notify them of any deadlines you may need to meet.
