Justin Kitch was our Rampart roofer. During an emergency repair, he identified why damage had happened (original construction-grade shingles were wearing out badly). He gave us several price options for a new roof, and kept in touch with us for 2-3 months while we chose the best time for us to get the new roof installed. He supervised the installation (his team installed the new roof in less than a day!) and let us know all the steps to expect through final inspection by the city. Worked very quickly once we got everything scheduled. The flat roof looks so much better, even came back to make some of the seams cleaner. I was so stressed out about seeing a nasty stain on my ceiling after a work trip when it was raining almost nonstop.  Called Rampart and they sent Derek B. Out the next day to take a look.  He was super professional, got to work immediately, and before I knew it, he had identified the issue AND fixed it in less than an hour, and even gave me a recommendation to fix my drywall where we were trying to figure out where the leak was coming from. We just had our home's roof replaced by Rampart Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the service we received. Justin Kitch took his time with the inspection and estimate, he answered all of our questions, and was very responsive every time we reached out. The installation was on time, fast, and very well done. I have used other roofers in the past, but will never look further than Rampart Roofing from now on; simply the best I have ever worked with.
